    seasonings

was curious if y'all count what seasonings you use when preparing foods towards your daily intake? for instance i had 10 egg whites for breakfast this morning and used some cajun type seasoning on them less than a single serving on the label but i used it none the less. i usually use a seasoning on my chicken breasts as well called everglades seasoning. just trying to get a idea if i should worry about counting the extra or not.

Never count it...but watch the sodium intake with seasonings. Mrs Dash and cajun/blackening spice is all I use....and garlic powder.
