What are your total stats? Have you tried dieting without Clen to know that the diet is working by itself?

    Thanks

I'm 23 6'1 202lbs 14%bf and I usually eat about 2500 calories but I figured I'd drop to around 1500-1800 calories for this cut. I just wanted to make sure that would be good enough on a clen and t3 cycle. Ive never cut with clen and t3 yet.

if 2500 is ur maintenance then i suggest u do NOT start out with 800-1000cal deficit.

with the T3 do you plan on running some gear to preserve muscle?

how lean are you trying to get?

The calculation is, of course, for the most part sound. And, if I didn't work out or do cardio then my maintenance (same bodyfat) at 196lbs would probably be 2500cals. As it is I lift 4times and do 90-120 mins cardio per week and my maintenance is actually around 3200 cals. The OP weighs more than I so, in theory, his maintenance is more than mine.

Reverse dieting absolutely has it's merits in the right circumstances. If the OP continues with his plan he will have no alternative but to reverse diet to avoid easy fat gain once his weight loss goal is reached.

My 150lb wife eats less than the OP is proposing to lose weight and that is without any exercise at all.

Yeah, but you've pretty much been cutting for 2 years.

So reverse dieting for you is a must, it's more than possible you have some metabolic damage.

Anyhow, all this conjecture is fairly moot in this thread as the OP hasn't come back. I do notice he has other threads about this with similar responses, maybe he needs to hear what he wants to hear and not what we have to say to him.

    New Meal Plan.

Most of my fats are coming from polysaturated and monosaturated fats and omega-3.

    Vitamins:
    Taurine
    Biotin
    Niacin
    Fish Oils

Also drinking a gallon of water ED. (important because my protein is on the high side)
