I've read that a good formula while taking clen is:
Protein: 1.5/lb
Fat: .25/lb
Carbs: .5-1/lb
This comes to about 40 grams of fat/day, 80 grams of carbs and 200 grams of protein (1480 calories) Does this sound like an OK plan? Ive never consumed more than 150 grams of protein a day. Should I consume less on my rest days?
(I rounded my fat up a bit so it's easier to divide into 4 meals which is easiest for me)
FYI - I am a 5'3, 135lb female, about 20% bf, doing an upper/lower body split 4 x a week. No cardio other than walking my dog daily.
