I'm starting my first cycle on test prop tommorow the plan is:
Overall goal plan - bring body fat down to 13-15%,
Gain and keep 10 lb of muscle after PCT
Stats: age;25 - 20%bf (I think) , I have lowT, 1 year of weight training/ dieting, height:5"6 -5"7, weight: 145-150lb
Test Prop- Every other day 100mg
Nolva-PCT
Arimidex - during cycle
Clomid - PCT
Glut amine T - every day
Nizoral Shampoo - potential acne, hairless
Vitamins - daily
ZMA - (every night )
Vitamin E - everyday (help with acne)
Finasteride - one a day during cycle for potential hair loss

Monday: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
Tuesday: Back & Biceps
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Legs & Abs
Friday: off
Saturday: Chest, Shoulders & Triceps
Sunday: Back & Biceps

Looking for advise on what to eat, any ideas or suggestions. How many calories should I be eating? Macros? Cut or bulk up first ?
