    Question Last Dinner

What time is your last dinner for a solid meal ? and what is contained in it when bulking.

    Thanks

Mine is usually right before bed. I eat a snack as I hate going to bed hungry. I kind of eat at all day and night though.

During bulk season on my REST day I eat Greek Yogurt (NOT THE FAT FREE) and then go to bed.

On training day my last meal before I go to sleep would be lean ground beef and sweet potatoe and olive oil in there.

If I hit the gym twice in one day on leg day. The one legged squats really drain the heck out of me. My last meal will be to meet my needs and make me feel better to sleep better. A bowl of alfredo pasta with chicken or beef in there. I hate waking up in the middle of the night and running to the fridge to knock out the pain of my intestines eating itself. So it works for me. It may not work for your needs.

I think your going to get several different responses here.
