It doesn't matter OP. 1 meal or 10. It's just preference. It is calories in and out, but macros are still important. Protein for muscle repair and growth. Fat for optimal endocrine function(your hormones). Carbohydrates to fuel the muscles and up regulate satiety and thyroid hormones.

I think it does. He is not going to have 200 grams of protein in one sitting, and not much more of the macros. Although calories in calories out count, hitting the right macros is what counts, and he isn't doing that in one sitting. In his original post he mentions two meals a day, that wouldn't do well for someone of his weight. But then hey, if you're at 200 lbs and 11%, you're either doing something right or have one hell of a metabolism.

I like eating big meals. Helps with satiety and diet compliance. That only a small portion of protein can be absorbed in one sitting is a myth. Like i said it's about preference. I never said a lower meal frequency was superior a higher one.

I'm sure there is something to be said for eating a bigger mall for satiety, but at some point your body can't process all the macros or for that matter will you be able to fit them in. But that said there is something to eating a bigger meal. But I don't know anyone eating one or two meals a day and are able to fit in their macros.

Myself and many others can fit our macros fine into two meals. Your body takes its time digesting food. if you eat 100 grams of protein in one sitting, you are getting 100 grams. This is scientifically proven. If i am bulking heavily i do like to increase the frequency to 3 meals and maybe add some snack. It's your choice, but don't base it upon faulty science and assumptions. I don't like to use the term broscience but that's exactly what this is. As long as you hit your macros and calories, period. That's all that matters.(mostly)

That would depend on the Biological Value of the food but if you can point to research that support your statement I am all ears.

    Thanks
