Hi all quick question could someone give me a breakdown of how vega tables are good for someone who goes to the gym, what exact bit do they help with broken down into detail?

The myriad of benefits associated with eating vegetables isn't limited to people who weight train. If you're really interested in details, do some research of your own, but a short list:
vitamins
minerals
fiber
antioxidants
phytonutrients
digestive aid (enzymes)
volume to calorie ratio (i.e. you can fill up on most veggies with little effect on overall calories)
That's just scratching the surface. Research antioxidants and their role in disposing of free radicals. For somebody wanting to lose bodyfat and maintain an aesthetically pleasing physique, they're (veggies are) essential.Last edited by gbrice75; 11-12-2013 at 03:10 PM.
