These days, I'm no longer impressed by how much you (or I) can bench, row, or deadlift. Hell, I'm not even impressed by your heaviest squat.
Want to feel *real* power? Learn how to execute a clean and jerk with good form. You know what it feels like to deadlift 405lbs, right? It's ****in heavy. Imagine deadlifting it, cleaning it, front squatting it, and then overhead pressing it!?! Absolutely amazing feats of strength, and none of these guys look like proper bodybuilders. Just goes to show you that power and musculature don't alwayd directly correlate. Also, these are very technical lifts relying heavily on mechanics. I've struggled with 185lbs, just to put it in perspective. Donny in the video is a fckin BEAST!!!
