Impress me...
These days, I'm no longer impressed by how much you (or I) can bench, row, or deadlift. Hell, I'm not even impressed by your heaviest squat.
Want to feel *real* power? Learn how to execute a clean and jerk with good form. You know what it feels like to deadlift 405lbs, right? It's ****in heavy. Imagine deadlifting it, cleaning it, front squatting it, and then overhead pressing it!?! Absolutely amazing feats of strength, and none of these guys look like proper bodybuilders. Just goes to show you that power and musculature don't alwayd directly correlate. Also, these are very technical lifts relying heavily on mechanics. I've struggled with 185lbs, just to put it in perspective. Donny in the video is a fckin BEAST!!!

185 thats pretty good.
I do clean and jerks with overhead press to warm up. (the barbell only ha). I havent tried going heavy since highschool. With all my injuries I'm worried I will hurt myself.

I didn't watch the video G but is it Donny Shankle? ive seen his stuff before...impressive feats of strength.

Been slowly adding cleans into the routine. Can put up 225 off the floor as of right now.. and yes they are hard as hell. Respect to the people that do these and put up huge numbers.

I have some videos of my buddy / old trainer hitting weights like that, hes a lil heavier but still a freakn beast..
i would never dream of hitting those weights. I swear those guys muscles are genetically different and gifted or some weird ratio of types of muscles fibers, i dont know but its crazy.

This is one of my fav exercises to do!
I f'ed up both elbows doing them, the left in 2009, and the right this year. I can't touch that guy, very impressive!
