Vitamin C
We all know it repairs the body, so as a dietary supplement how much should we be consuming ?
Is pill form ok or is it best incorporated into diet via Orange Juice for example ?

Personally, I do 3 grams a day in pill form. 1g 3x per day. Seems right for me.
I don't drink juices too often, but when oranges are in season here in Florida I incorporate whole oranges into my diet and arrange macros accordingly.

Same here, I do 3g's a day on & off cycle now.
Before I was doing it when I was just off, but said fvck it & just take 3 all the time now. Whatever the body doesn't want, you'll just piss out. Might as well have a surplus. . . It doesn't seem have any minerals which can build up over time.
I'm considering switching to organic due to the other crap in the cheap ones I take now.

Yep 1-3g is what i do as well. i don't eat a lot of fruits. We are one of the only mammals that don't make vitamin C in our bodies. It is a water soluble vitamin, so it isn't stored. You just pee it out. There's a study that showed couples who supplemented 3g of vitamin C a day had intercourse A lot more than placebo. Very interesting. VItamin C is know to help your body eliminate cortisol.

100000 grams.
Can't get enough C. I use 3 grams, but there are days where I hit 7 to 10 grams.
