Hey guys
I always used to be really heavy and big but i started training and now im down at 201 i was at 270+ for a couple of month ago but i feel like i have hit a plateau and my current diet is useless
Height 1.80 cm 5'10(5'11)
Weight 90.7 kg (201 lbs)
Goal weight: 82 kg (180-181 lbs)
If anyone have something that could help me get started i would appreciate it a lot!
