NEED BIG HELP - no ideas for a cutting diet
Hey guys
I always used to be really heavy and big but i started training and now im down at 201 i was at 270+ for a couple of month ago but i feel like i have hit a plateau and my current diet is useless
Height 1.80 cm 5'10(5'11)
Weight 90.7 kg (201 lbs)
Goal weight: 82 kg (180-181 lbs)
If anyone have something that could help me get started i would appreciate it a lot!

I can't upload my pics i don't know why
My diet was eat the same every day and for every meal
vegetables mix 150 gram (not much i know)
protein source - fish, meat (i don't eat pork), tuna, egg,
For supplements i used protein shake and koffein pills (blackburner and stacker XPLC)
i ate it 4-5 times a day and did cardio 3-5 times per. week and trained everyday without any off days

Sure!
Breakfast before school 7:25 am: 1/2 cup oatmeal with milk and vegetables 150 gram
School break 11:30 am: vegetables mix 150 gram with whole eggs
After school/before training 14-16 pm: vegetables mix 150 gram with fish
After training 18-19 pm: Protein shake + banana
dinner time 20-20:30 pm: vegetables mix 150 gram with 3% fat - dark meat
Training:
Monday: chest
Thuesday: Back
Wednesday: shoulders
Thursday: legs
friday: Arms
Went heavy as possible with rep range between 1 to max. 6 reps and between 5-7 sets
First time training lift stats:
Bench: 40 kg - 88 lbs
Squat: 60 kg - 132 lbs
Deadlift 60 kg - 132 lbs
Stats now: after 10 months with training
Bench: 80 kg - 176 lbs
Squat: 160 kg - 352 lbs
Deadlift: 220 kg - 485 lbs
Weak stop is my arms, shoulders & chest. I think my stats are alright for only 10 months with training and never trained or lifted before.
My goal for 6 months from now:
Bench: 110 kg - 242 lbs
squat: 190 kg - 418 lbs
Deadlift: 260 kg - 573 lbs
Might not be possible but better set the goal higher so I push myself harder.
