    My story

Hey all, here's a little about me.
I'm 21 years old. I was always the fat kid in high school.
I weighed 310 at my highest.
After high school and many bad Choices. I made a good one.
    Nutrition and working out.
I dropped all the way down to 195lbs. But came to a halt when I had my first surgery last year.
I gained a little back. And lost motivation. After my recent surgery, I'm now 220lbs hovering. At my last weight recorded (2 weeks ago)
I've figured our by tdee and everything.
It just seems I can't lose.
    I couldn't get down past 195.
My ultimate goal is to get down to 10-12% body fat. And bulk up.
    BMR: 1867
    TDEE: 2614
I estimate my bf% to be around 25-30%.
I'm just looking for any feedback or helpful tips on how I could lose this stubborn fat for good. Thank you.

    Thanks

Welcome. There is a ton of great info here. I might suggest reading the "Diet 101 - Cutting" sticky. As you seem already familiar with eating the right things, it may help you with getting the macro's in the right percentages. Second, you didn't specify what you were doing for exercise. I suggest getting an hour of cardio twice a day, 4-5 days a week. If possible, switch it up. Run, bike, swim, do a step class, play some ball, etc. Ramping up the cardio to twice a day and eating a 300-500 calorie deficit helped me past my last plateau. Good Luck.
