Hi all,
Im running 500 mg of test weekly and 60 mg of win daily.
I'll be done cycling in 20 days and total will be 10 weeks cycle.
I was 216 when i started, im 223 now, 6 feet, 35 years old.
Ive been also dieting since 12 weeks, so total dieting untill the end of cycle will be 14 weeks
Heres pretty much what i eat
breakfast at 7:30: 2 whole eggs and 4 egg whites (omelette with green peper, mushrooms oignons etc)
1 cup of oatmeal with a but of brown sugar
pit stop at 10:30: 1 protein shake and one fruit
noon: 250 gr of chicken breast with generaly brocoli or other mixed vegetables and a small oven cooked potato
pit stop at 4:00: 1 protein shake and one fruit
TRAIN AT 6:30 ... SHAKE RIGHT AFTER GYM + about 50 grams of sucar (honey or other similar sources)
9:30: Tuna with spinach or left overs or noon meal
3:am: Shake
Little Cheat meal around wednesday or thrusday ... Bigger cheat meal on sundays
I dont know if its good ? not enough ?
My concern is:
I dont feel my muscles are "full". I dont know if that speaks to you. When i cheat, baaam !! but on diet fffffffff ...
Now i beleive thats normal
But how do u carb back up to look nice for THE big day ?
