    Would like help with fine-tuning diet!

    I've been working out for about 5 yrs, I'm 22, 6'0 was 188lbs and now i'm into week 7, monday week 8 of diet. Monday I was at 170.2lbs - always measured in boxers in the AM so it's always consistent. I would say 6%bf and I don't think i'm too far off. I'm doing it natty.

    I lack mass in my legs but i'm looking pretty shredded now - first 3 weeks really was just lowering carbs, then carb cycling and honestly I haven't dialed it in because i'm just testing things and i've bumped cardio up a bit.

    Anyways my goal was 4% bf, I have used eca stack, my heart/chest feels like something's wrong since taking eca with 2 scoops NO yesterday night - so don't do that guys.. lol.

    Btw i'll post a pic for you guys maybe later. It's crazy how much my body changed.
    Here is what I have been doing. I just need lower abs fat gone and help with what to do for my 'goal date' as far as carb up/ depletion for right before, especially sodium.
    -I'm not 'counting macros' but I have a food scale and i'm very accurate with getting it close, all carbs I do measure!!!!!! I've been losing weight but on low carbs I get so hungry and I eat lots, feel bloated all the time. I feel pretty good, but like I should eat less - I'm too hungry though. Whey shakes I have are 1 scoop PCF 25/3/2 - Kinda high on carbs/fats right? I take like 6 scoops a day so this may be something to change?

    Also low carb days are 60grams from oats total, rest of it is post w/o drink or veggies everyday except back/legs where I have 2-3 cups oats. I'll break up macros for first time, this is from top of my head though!

    5:30AM eca+multi/vit E/Vit B/Fish Oil/2 Vit C/Zinc
    1)2 cups egg whites,1/2 cup oats w/whey PCF 50/30/5


    2)Salmon 1 can, 1 can green beans. ECA again here.
    PCF 30/5/5

    3)8oz chicken/salad 1/2 fat caesar
    PCF 50/3/5

    Whey shake 2 scoops PCF 50/6/4

    4)sole fillet-8oz/1/2 can green beans
    45/10/5

    -pre w/o is half cup oats, whey protein and pre w/o drink.
    PCF 25/30/5
    Gym/cardio 1hr

    5)whey/15g gatorade post workout, then 60 mins mod intensity cardio on stairmaster.

    6) 8oz salmon/1can green beans.
    PCF 50/5/10

    7)2 cups egg whites.
    PCF 50/0/0

    8)whey shake (if not hungry, no shake)
    PCF 25/3/2

    Sorry, those are all estimates but not far off I promise - I'm losing every week and have veins coming thru bottom of abs, in lats, forehead lol, I look roided out at the gym and get really veiny. Thanks!!

    Why do you want to get to 4%? You're gonna look like a rake if you don't already.

    The Christmas Classic is coming. No but I wanted to experiment with carb cycling, if I did keto I'd do better but I wanna try it, just to see for if I ever competed. I'll see if I got a pic or i'll go take one. There's a big difference between morning, gym and night though lol.

    Those are 1-2 weeks old, I'm down another 2-3 lbs from that but you got an idea

    Are you competing? What in? What needs fixing if it's working?

    Btw, you eat a ridiculous amount of protein if my calculations are correct, 400g or so?

    I don't think you look 6% from the pics you posted. 4% is pro bb on stage levels.

    Yeah 400 grams, up to 500 but it's only bc i'm cutting, I get so hungry.. I have veggies and protein and 60 pure carbs from oats , 120 on back, 180 on legs. Bulking would be 350 protein but it's because there's a lot more carbs. Well this week is the first in 7 that I didn't lose weight. No more carbs post workout now and 10m more cardio each day. Anyways i'll keep y'all posted! And no not competing, just doing it. Maybe 4% is too ridiculous naturally.

    Even 350g protein is too much for a man of your stature. It's too much for almost everybody. It's also too much for my bank account.
