I've been working out for about 5 yrs, I'm 22, 6'0 was 188lbs and now i'm into week 7, monday week 8 of diet. Monday I was at 170.2lbs - always measured in boxers in the AM so it's always consistent. I would say 6%bf and I don't think i'm too far off. I'm doing it natty.
I lack mass in my legs but i'm looking pretty shredded now - first 3 weeks really was just lowering carbs, then carb cycling and honestly I haven't dialed it in because i'm just testing things and i've bumped cardio up a bit.
Anyways my goal was 4% bf, I have used eca stack, my heart/chest feels like something's wrong since taking eca with 2 scoops NO yesterday night - so don't do that guys.. lol.
Btw i'll post a pic for you guys maybe later. It's crazy how much my body changed.
Here is what I have been doing. I just need lower abs fat gone and help with what to do for my 'goal date' as far as carb up/ depletion for right before, especially sodium.
-I'm not 'counting macros' but I have a food scale and i'm very accurate with getting it close, all carbs I do measure!!!!!! I've been losing weight but on low carbs I get so hungry and I eat lots, feel bloated all the time. I feel pretty good, but like I should eat less - I'm too hungry though. Whey shakes I have are 1 scoop PCF 25/3/2 - Kinda high on carbs/fats right? I take like 6 scoops a day so this may be something to change?
Also low carb days are 60grams from oats total, rest of it is post w/o drink or veggies everyday except back/legs where I have 2-3 cups oats. I'll break up macros for first time, this is from top of my head though!

5)whey/15g gatorade post workout, then 60 mins mod intensity cardio on stairmaster.
6) 8oz salmon/1can green beans.

7)2 cups egg whites.

8)whey shake (if not hungry, no shake)

Sorry, those are all estimates but not far off I promise - I'm losing every week and have veins coming thru bottom of abs, in lats, forehead lol, I look roided out at the gym and get really veiny. Thanks!!
