I'm on my 3rd week of my bulk. Just came off a cut (full keto) and I noticed that when I have a carb heavy meal, I get exhausted and sometimes even take a 30 minute nap. I noticed it was especially bad on thanksgiving (I think this is an exception though). The only conclusion I can make is that my body is still learning how to tolerate carbs, but I feel like it's been long enough that this shouldn't happen.
Any ideas?
