    Tired after eating

    I'm on my 3rd week of my bulk. Just came off a cut (full keto) and I noticed that when I have a carb heavy meal, I get exhausted and sometimes even take a 30 minute nap. I noticed it was especially bad on thanksgiving (I think this is an exception though). The only conclusion I can make is that my body is still learning how to tolerate carbs, but I feel like it's been long enough that this shouldn't happen.

    Any ideas?

    what is your cycle and protocol? you're 22 you shouldn't be cycling!

    Not cycling, sorry for the confusion. I'm fully natural.

    I don't know but sounds like you're spiking your insulin. What are you eating and how many calories are you talking in ed?

    Ah, the old 'carb coma'

    After your keto did you not start to gradually reintroduce carbs, say 50-80g per day for a few days then wait before you upped them again?
