Somethings bugging me !!!
Sup folks.
I'm trying to just drop like 15 pounds. My diet is pretty tight. Calorically I'm at about 1700-1800 calories a day. My protein intake is about 125-150 grams. I'm averaging about 40/30/30 spilt of the macros. And I can't lose Shit !!! I've been doing HITT cardio, slow cardio, doing that T25 workout, etc and I ain't losing jack for about 7 weeks weeks now. Just wondering if the protein intake is too low. On a good note, I'm never hungry. Any suggestions?

Sounds pretty low in terms of cals and protein. How long have you been eating at this caloric level?
What are your stats?
How many times a week do you lift and do cardio?NO SOURCES GIVEN

52 years old, I do the T25 crap 5 days a week, cardio in the AM almost everyday, sometimes I go back at night for more. I'll do a slow jog or walk on the treadmill for 30 min. Then I'll kill it on the stairclimber for 30 min. Weight training wise 3-4 times a week. Just some light weights till I start to really step it up in Jan. I'm currently off cycle too. No creatine, or any other supplements except a protein drink here or there. I'm just giving my body a cleansing/break from all supplements. Legal and questionable. LOL

He means other stats. Weight, height, body fat. And I would do a 50 30 20 split. Protein carbs fats.

I would switch to Ketogenic diet asap. For some, like myself, with too much carbs invoked, I will loose nothing.
NOTE: Stop using that font, can hardly read it.
