Going from carb cycle to keto, how?

It does seem straightforward but I would like to know the best method. I'm in week 8 of my 9-10 week diet, just for 'fun' to see how my body responds. Lost 20lbs in 8 weeks, i'm now at I'd say 8%. I'm carbing up soon for leg day, then i'm thinking I do low carbs under 50 for the next 3 days and THEN add in saturated fats. Being this low bf I just don't know how keto works, I should run it the same way, like hamburgers, hotdogs ect and you don't count fiber from veggies?

I'm not taking it too serious, not competing so please just let me know what might be the most efficient way, instead of sending a link on keto lol, I've seen them. The transition part is what I couldn't find. Anyways i'll respond tomorrow when I can! Thanks

    ^^ this.

Just out of curiousity - if you're a true 8%, why would you consider running keto? IMO, it's not the best approach at single digit bodyfat, where maintaining LBM is concerned.

I'm probably going to stick with carb cycling actually, but I did want to know this answer. Wouldn't the next day make me gain a lot since I had lot's of carbs and saturated fat vs going low carb and 3 days in adding in hamburg ect, where none of if would be stored as fat??
