I'm strict about when I ingest carbohydrates as I feel they're the group that makes me retain fat the most. I keep carbs to the morning, easily because I also workout in the morning. if you're like me, and if you have cycle experience, how did you work in extra carbs? did you find you were able to eat them more throughout the day or did you keep your normal diet and just eat larger portions? any insight appreciated of course even if you don't eat like me! thanks!
