I have recently upped my kcals in preparation for a cycle beginning in jan
My libido had almost dissapeared after 6-7weeks of strict dieting....
Now that i have increased the kcals my libido has definetly increased noticeably
Is it true there is a rebound period where your in a highly anabolic state after a long period of dieting?
