    Blasting Plateaus

I have been working out since high school football so for the last 4 years and have put on great size gains since I started. I have hit plateaus before but found a way through them. I have tried changing diets, changing workout programs endless times, Ive tried it all. I am stuck and looking for any tip to help me continue to put on size. I am 5' 9'' 205 lbs so I am decent sized but I want to continue to gain size.

Most of my meals are very similar
    Breakfast- eggs, bacon, protein shake
    snack-yogurt,oats
lunch-grilled chicken breasts and some vegetable
    snack-protein shake, almonds
dinner-tuna or chicken casserole, vegetables, mashed potatoes
    pre-bed shake

    my workouts are
    monday-chest
    tuesday-bis tris
    wednesday-rest
    thursday-back, shoulders
    friday-legs
saturday or sunday is abs the other is rest

Any helpful advice would be awesome

Hard to tell since no quantities or macros on the food. Given your weight seems you know how to eat right. With the info provided seems could be training.

sometimes in a lifters career when he is serious he will go for a period of time where hes not changing the scales but his body comp changes. Keep an eye on the mirror and take pictures everyday.

doing things like changing your rep ranges on a rotation helps. training body parts twice a week as well,. just 2 ideas out of many others available out there. Invest some money into a good Personal trainer for a few months.

My BF last time I checked was 16 percent. My caloric intake is 3000 a day give or take a couple hundred one way or the other. Protein is usually around 200, Carbs is around 275-300, fats is usually 80 or 90. I try to keep my meals clean but have cheat days here and there just like everyone else. I try to change my reps from 5x5 to 3x8 back to 5x5 then 4x6 and keep my rest under a minute so i get my time under tension up.

those rep ranges are all the same. and the rest period is pretty short for heavy lifts. And if you are not maxing at 5 reps, you're doing it wrong. do you take a week off every 8-9 weeks?

Progressive Overloads helps me blast plateaus. But then again, always remember you can only lift but so much

I lift as heavy as I possibly can to get the number of reps I can and fail most of the time adding a negative to make it up. How long should rests periods be between heavy sets?

heavy sets = rest as long as you need to complete the next set.
