    Shrimp

    I'm a big fan of shrimp. Is this okay to eat while cutting. As a source of lean protein? I just buy your regular shrimp already Cajun seasoned from kroger. Heat up in a pan. Can't be to bad for you right?

    I guess if hes just worried about hitting macros and not his general well-being it wouldnt matter.
