Ive been on a ketosis diet for around 2 1/2 months now
I recently got my blood sugar levels tested and it came out at 3.3mmol or 59mg/dl

My current stats are
Weight: 224lbs
Height: 6' 1''

I my macronutrient composition is
Carbs- 8-10%
Protein - 40%
Fat - 50%

My weight 2 months ago was 280lbs and My body fat then was definitly 30+%. ive seen a massive decrease in fat (looking in the mirror) compared to before

I do intense amount of weight lifting consisting of 90-110 mins weight lifting which is 90% supersets and do a 30 minute cardio on the treadmill at 3mph and also spend 6 hours doing manual labour at a warehouse

So my question is does the blood glucose reflect on actually how many ketones are in the body or does the blood glucose even matter & are those levels low for ketosis?
