I plan on starting my ketosis diet this week and don't really know where to start.
Can someone please give me a good sample diet or something to help?
Here are my stats:
-Age: 18
-Sex: male
-Height: 5' 11''
-Weight: 173 lbs.
-Bodyfat: 17%
While cutting I am going to be going working out on a 5-day split, and doing cardio on the other 2 days.
I am also going to take an ECA stack.
