I've struggled with my weight (diet) and now I've a choke hold on what I eat. I eat six healthy meals a day and I think it's time I did a cycle. I weigh 245, I got the gym daily for a run and a work-out. I focus on one muscle group per day. I'm going to buy some gear but I came to this site for some info and advise. I want to be around 195-215 area and I know with time it will happen. Could some one please recommend a cycle that will help. I just came off a clen /var cycle that did very little. I'm not sure if the product was bunk or if I need to put on more muscle to see a cut in weight. Any info from a vet would be appreciated.
