liquid diet for a while, help!

    Hey guys.
Im currently on cycle wk 7 of test e.
Ive got thrush on my tongue, which is an infection and might take a week or 2 to clear. Eating is extremely painful. So im going to switch to 1 or 2 meals a day and a few blended shakes which will consist of full cream milk, fruits, oats, whey, spinach and raw eggs.
Its pretty easy to tweak the ingredients to hit my macros . The shakes are about 700 calories.

I wonder if this will effect my results?
My diet usually consists 5 meals and 2 shakes. lots of oats, milk, red meat, potato, rice and veg.

Hopefully this wont be an issue? 80% of my diet will be liquid untill ithe infection reduces.

You'll be fine, don't sweat it. Your shakes consist of wholesome, nutrient dense foods which already puts you ahead of a majority of people. Heal up and don't give this a second thought!

Thanks, I thought it would be fine too. Always good to have others opinions though

first of all, cheers from Perth!! Good to see an Oz Here. I am wondering why you choose the full cream milk option? Also, is it farm fresh organic, or dairy case?
From most of what I see of your diet choices and not seeing any of your stats or goals, I would agree you are in no real threat of dying on the vine, but I would like to hear about the dairy portion of your diet and get your reasons for it, thanks mate.

I've always used full cream milk bro. Taste better and most of vitamins and minerals in milk that are really beneficial to you are fat soluble. Full cream milk is a great tool for gaining quality weight IMO.

im bulking at the moment. Stats are 6.1 210lbs 14/15% bf maybe.
