New Diet Design
Hey try to design a diet to throw on a few kilos currently sitting at 79kg about 20% BF wanting to size up a bit before a worry about BF
Sketching up one atm but dont think im ready to go full blown chicken brown rice and greens just yet and so far this is what i've got
Breakfast
1 english muffin with no added sugar jam
30g of protein powder
4 egg whites
40g oats c 62.2 f 6.3 p 52.8
snack
2 slice wholemeal bread with ham
1/2 avocado
1 can of tuna
30g protien c 39.1 f 21.7 p 63.5
Lunch
Banana
Greek yought
egg whites 3
70g protien powder c 49.3 f 2.7 p 82.3
snack
can of tuna
apple
40g oats c 36.7 f 4.3 p 25.6
training
protien shack c5.4 f 2.1 p56.4
have done dinner yet
i know its unco but just need a bit of help.. i think ive got to much whey powder so any ideas?
