I'm planning a lean bulking cycle. 500mg test e for 12weeks, and 50mg tbol 4 weeks. I'm going to be running a 500cal surplus while on cycle, but I'm unsure of what I should do during pct with my diet. Should I add more cals to compensate for the added weight gained from the cycle?? I'm unsure what I should do to keep as much mains as possible without getting fat.
Advice please!
On cycle diet is 40-40-20 on workout days. Off days, I cut carbs way down.
