    Bf percentage

Hi all, I recently started a cutting diet to get down to 12%bf, as I was slacking on the diet and from my job money wasn't holding my back it was only myself believing awful food but good training was the way.

Gym 6 days a week all on a evening about 4.30/5.00pm

    Mon-chest + abs
    Tue-back + cardio
    Wed-arms +cardio
    Thursday- shoulders+ abs
    Friday- legs
Saturday - either arms or back again.
    Sunday- cardio morning before food.

    Stats
    6ft 5"
    216lbs
Bf 23% according to electric scale at home

So my diet has gone to
    6AM - 100g oats + whey shake
    60c. 50p. 8f.

    9am - 200g tuna dry with veg
    0c. 60p. 1f.

    12am - 200g brown rice 400g chicken
    45c. 110p. 13f.

    3PM - 200g lean ham and veg
    1c. 40p. 1f.

6PM can change between steak/chicken/eggs and rice/sweet potatoes
    Adverage of them all is
    45c. 65p. 15f.

    Total of 150c. 315 p. 41f. Kcal = 2360dayly
    TDEE off 98kg is 3036kcal.

I've been doing this diet for about 30days and my body weight has gone from 104kg down to 98kg but my bf has only dropped by 1% since the start and is it something in my diet wrong?
Do I need bf callipers instead of scales?

    Many thanks.

I don't trust those bf electronic devices. Calipers and how your clothes fit would be better judgment

Well when I was at 102kg I was a 38"waist and I'm now down at 35 and 3\4" I have some pictures from before I started and I could get some down tonight when my bird comes home if that's a better judgement?

Most of the gyms have them and will do it for you for free. As long as you continue to loose weight and are happy with the direction you are going I wouldn't be to concerned though. You have made solid changes in the way your clothes fit so try not to over think it

My gym is a backstreet wear house with no heating about 22 benches and every machine you can imagine there is no bf calipers

thanks a lot, I've given myself the aim of 16week to get to 12% so I'm hoping it's enough, I have to say in the time I've done this I feel better and I am liking how I am leaning out in the mirror so all in all im enjoying it defiantly

Personally I find rowing to be the best as its a all over body workout , defines my legs nice , and a good ab workout , ive also noticed a increase in size of the lats from doing it . I was doing some HIIT with rowing , but im on clen atm so ill be sticking to endurance . Keep up the good work man !

Right keep your nutrition on par for now. No reason to change anything till you hit a plateau
