20 years old,5'5,70kg,around 20% bf,endormorph,super low metabolism.
cutting around 1lbs per week now,500kcal/15% calorie deficit.
but will try to cut even more until 2lbs per week,then i will just put Clen into my boost...


altho im planing to eat 40/30/30,but sometime outside food just too much fats so i had to cut down carb[rice], 2 meals a day,don't ask me to eat 5/6 meals,i tried and it dint work,2/3 meals work the best for me. 2 of my meals are riceless,plenty of chicken/beef,plenty of veges,2-3 whole eggs and some potato and tofu.i ate these almost everyday.

so should i add more carb and try to cut down alittle fat down while on Clen? altho what i do now is work pretty well and enough energy for me to workout tho.


any advise or infos are welcome
