should i up my carb while runing Clen?
20 years old,5'5,70kg,around 20% bf,endormorph,super low metabolism.
cutting around 1lbs per week now,500kcal/15% calorie deficit.
but will try to cut even more until 2lbs per week,then i will just put Clen into my boost...
altho im planing to eat 40/30/30,but sometime outside food just too much fats so i had to cut down carb[rice], 2 meals a day,don't ask me to eat 5/6 meals,i tried and it dint work,2/3 meals work the best for me. 2 of my meals are riceless,plenty of chicken/beef,plenty of veges,2-3 whole eggs and some potato and tofu.i ate these almost everyday.
so should i add more carb and try to cut down alittle fat down while on Clen? altho what i do now is work pretty well and enough energy for me to workout tho.
any advise or infos are welcome

You're very young for clen and it may damage your heart walls. I suggest you to move to Albuterol as it has less sides and very tolerable.
If you're eating rice then avoid potatoes. Cut as many carb source you can.
Increase [Protein+Fat]% + Training[HIIT]

Dont do this , your not going on the atkins diet ffs , read the 'clenbuterol handbook' ..."take full advantage of the stiumulatory effects of clen , carbs must be included in the diet "
Your probably pass out if you didnt eat carbs while on clen
Im on 120mcg of clen as of today , and my legs would turn to jelly if I ' cut as many carb'
Wait for a pro to respond on how to adjust diet

Where is this coming from? I ate 2-4 grams of carbs each day while on clenbuterol and had no such experience.

Not from any backed up evidence , but how id feel on it . I think to cut carbs down that much would be insane surely ?? 2-4 grams of carbs , surely you never felt full ? Clen effects people differently .
I got the part were you need carbs from the clen handbook
But yeah if on clen id never drop carbs that low , isnt 2 grams of carbs the equivilant of like 2 table spoons of brown rice lol ?Last edited by Reiid13; 01-24-2014 at 09:25 AM.

just finish my 2nd tub of PWO which contain DMAA,gonna stop it since its kinda costly,think i will just getting creatine in the afternoon,coffee and beta alenine before workout,much cheaper and seem good enough to you guys?
Clen effects people differently
and i do have another question,how about cheatmeal?i heard the Clen seller said i should stop Cheatmeal for the 1st month,whats the deal about it?
my cheatmeal was like,eat whatever i wan,mostly junk food like McDonald,Hamburger,Pizza etc. now my cheatmeal is just eat clean food and about 200-500kcal surplus. both work well tho just preferring the clean food.

Bloody hell man , bet you got super shreaded then !
But still ... For the OP I wouldnt advise doing that , Tarm clearly must know his body and his shizz ,
see how your body responds to it .
My first clen experience was eating normal and just did 5 days : 40 40 60 60 80
The only logic behind this was to see if I could handle it .
Be sure to buy your taurine , I use a smartshake , it not the best shaker but it stores taurine for if im in work and need it fast

only 5 days? i presume you couldnt handle it on the 1st cycle then? how was it after that?
ya,i already found a taurine from local supp store,[PrimaFORCE Taurine 250g] , legit??? pretty cheap tho. cost around 15usd here.

I could handle it fine , but I wanted to test the waters , when I was researching clen I heard alot about sweating , hard to sleep, shaking etc etc , I was off work so just tried it to see if I was oki on it .
Not sure on taurine brand I got mine on amazon 'muscleform' or something like that . Was cheap as chips and I never get cramps ! Works like a gem !
First day at 120mcg today , felt like I could run mount everest in the morning , now I feel normal , I like feeling a lil shakey ( weird I know ) , id hope it meant it was working lol

good to hear, i'm not really worry about those minor side effect tho,but yeah,it's a sign that it's working. to me i rather feel something than nothing by the way,does clen suppress your appetite?according to my research,it only work with some peoples.i really need that appetite suppressant to stay out of hunger

To boost metabolism add some essentials vitamins to stack
Riboflavin
B12
Co-Enzyme Q10
L-Carnitine [must]
check Austinite's thread on vitamins.
Beta-Alanine for pre-workout gtg/

Would not get the hopes up that my experiment, and it was an experiment, made me shredded and would work for anyone else. I stopped my last cut at 12% and would guess I am around 15% again. As an example, Member 405 ran a LCHF option and absolutely hated it

Clen needs no PCT , and from what I hear , beadryl serves no purpose for keeping receptors fresh , not like the ketetofin
