Hey guys,
I need some advice to change my current diet to gain some weight. I'm a vegetarian but I eat eggs no flesh.
My current stats:
Male
Age - 21
Weight - 64 kgs
Height - 5.8"
I've been lifting on & off for the past 2 years.
This is my current diet:
Meal 1:
6 Boiled Egg Whites
Meal 2:
4 Wheat Chapatis + pulses or veggies
Meal 3:
Protein Shake 30g with a glass of milk
Meal 4:
3 Wheat Chapatis + pulses or veggies
Protein Shake 30g with water
Post workout (I workout in the evening 7 PM)
500ml buffalo milk + 1 scoop whey
150 gm raw cheese
Meal 5:
2-3 wheat chapatis + pulses or veggies
I don't eat eggs on Tues/Thurs/Sat so on those days I eat milk + daliya/bulgur or oats. I also eat like 1-2 bananas or apples a day.
