Do you guys eat at subway?

I usually get a 6" chicken breast, double meat. No cheese, chosen veggies and honey mustard.

    445 cal
    7g fat
    59g carb
    38g protein

it's not perfect but as far as fast food is concerned is the best I've come up with.

Any body else eat at subway?

^ I'd prefer cheating with tasty food...

No I don't eat at subways. too much carbs, not enough fat, and well... ****k the veggies haha. It's plain yuck low grade food.

    Would never have guessed!

Too much fructose in the food for me!

    Thanks

right.... Nothing really of nutritional value. The meat is processed and I really doubt the bread is whole. The only thing decent is the veggies and most of them look wilted

I sometimes eat there. There are VERY few choices around here. I usually make my own food so I know what's in it, but I have to eat out a couple of time per week and its either subway or burgers or mexican. I try to eat the honey oat bread (most fiber), mustard for a dressing (no fat), stay away from highly processed meats like pepperoni and salami, and omit cheese. AVOID THE TUNA AT ALL COST!!!

Subway is garbage in my opinion. I'll eat it in a pinch but I certainly don't eat it often.

They obviously have a different definition of "fresh" than the rest of the world.

    foot long buffalo chicken!
jalapeno bread (fresh out of the oven)
    pepper jack cheese (toasted!)
all the veggies + heavy jalapenos
    rooster sauce.

sooo delicious. there's something about crappy fast food that i love

Used to eat it almost every day. Haven't been there in about 4 weeks tho..

For the price of 1 sub that doesn't even fill me up I can buy 1kg of chicken breast and some potatoes. Which is 2 meals easy. Or like 4 meals for 'normal' people lol..

I eat at subway from time to time, but don't consider that is a great meal.

Exactly why I don't eat there! I do not trust processed meat, and it tastes nasty. My dog likes it though.
