I currently consume about 10 whole eggs a day.
From what i've been reading i am getting mixed info. Some say eggs are God's gift, some say they are Satan's food due to dietary cholesterol if you eat more than 2-3 yolks a day.
So my question is, what is your take on this matter ?
Am i going to develop long-term issues or am i gtg ?
Those 10 whole eggs are one of my important meals. If cholesterol is not an issue, i would rather keep the 10 eggs than replace them with protein powder or even more meat...
