4 egg whites with half scoop of protein powder
1.5 cups oats in one cup of full milk
4 wheetabix & protein shake! Not the best breakfast but I get up really early and I'm too tired to make anything... Kind of the wrong attitude to have I guess!!! But helps towards the macros!

2 sunny side up eggs, 5 strips bacon, mashed pinto beans, toast, coffee. It was great.
3 scrambled eggs and some sausage.
2 cups coffee, a cup egg whites, one morning star veggie patty and some green beans.
4 eggs scrambled, whole meal toast & a glass of orange juice!!
7 eggs scrambled with red pepper flake and pepper, 1/2 cup of oats with a teaspoon of blackberry jam, multigrain English muffin with natty peanut butter and of course a cup of coffee
Mile high breakfast sandwich...whole wheat bagel with 3 eggs 4 oz of turkey bacon aand 3 slices of cheddar cheese on it and of course franks hot sauce
