    Ketosis and lab results

Will being in Ketosis affect my blood cell counts when I get my labs done? Any other results affected by being in Ketosis ? Should I carb up before labs?

I assume cholesterol and triglycerides will be lower than normal.... Which would be good. Anything else?

They should be higher than normal. Your blood pH will also be on the acidic side.

It should lower LDL, increase HDL, and lower triglycerides. There are studies and many anecdotal evidence on the beneficial effects of keto on blood marks.
If you're worried, that's one more reason not to carb up and check the numbers you get while being in ketosis?
