    Protein is too low.

Do you actually know your maintenance calories?

Wish my maintenance was that low would make life easier.

I'd have your protein at a minimum of 250g on cycle.

What is your plan for calorie increase throughout the cycle as your weight/composition changes and during PCT?

    Done. Protein increased to 250g.

Whoa! I didn't know about that... I thought of just maintaining the diet.

By how much should I increase my calories during cycle and during PCT??

As you gain weight/LBM so your maintenance calories increase. You will need to adjust accordingly and do it on the fly or start with a plan of increasing a certain amount of cals every so often.

During PCT it's wise to increase cals (using carbs) by around 500 per day. You don't have exogenous testosterone or your own natural testosterone so you have to make up for that using excess calories if you you want to try and hold on to your gains.

Everyone is different but as most people tend to improve their diet at the start of their cycle then they can gain from week 1, especially if they have primed beforehand. For AAS induced strength and weight gains that depends on the ester you are using. E & C most people will start noticing around week 4.

If you haven't primed and you have 6 weeks or so before you start I'd suggest you look into it. marcus300 has a thread something like The Prime Before Cycling Explained.

Oh, and add some omega 3's to your diet. Fish oil is perfect.
