    Need help here D:

    I was looking into a cycle I had planned out because i thought I was eating enough so I thought it as more genetics and juicing would help me out with that and I work out daily without gains but I was told by a few member to come check out this area because they said its probably my eating. I'm 19 5'11" 140lbs.
    I woke up and after doing a morning run I ate a bowl of cereal 3 eggs a steak a protein shake and a salad after a couple of hours I went to Moes and ate a huge burrito that had steak chicken and everything in a salad in it then after soccer I have 2 plates or rice with chicken then went for a motorcycle ride can back and ate another plate with meat instead of chicken then went to put gas in my car and got a vanilla shake I also ate a little snacks here and there.
    I've gotten from my doctor that I eat great and have a lot of protein to the point were she told me to lay of the protein shakes. I have a very high metabolism which was the reason I thought it was genetic but let me know what you think THANKS

    Bro at 5"11 140lbs you have plenty of room to grow natty! Not to mention most of us will love to have the testosterone levels of a 19 year old. You need to get on a meal plan to ensure you are eating enough and make sure training is spot on

    Any good places to find a set meal plan?? I thought I had my meals on point haha that's why I never looked into it but I will start ASAP

    His is based on a 6 meals/day plan if I add more macros to each meal am I able to cut it down to 4-5 meals or would that throw it off?

    No, it doesn't matter. Most people prefer to split into lots of meals because when you start needing over 3000cals per day it's easier to eat more meals to get those cals in.

    Do you live in Spain ? Do you know XxanderaXx ? He is having a lot of the same issues you are and I thought you my be related ?
