I was looking into a cycle I had planned out because i thought I was eating enough so I thought it as more genetics and juicing would help me out with that and I work out daily without gains but I was told by a few member to come check out this area because they said its probably my eating. I'm 19 5'11" 140lbs.
I woke up and after doing a morning run I ate a bowl of cereal 3 eggs a steak a protein shake and a salad after a couple of hours I went to Moes and ate a huge burrito that had steak chicken and everything in a salad in it then after soccer I have 2 plates or rice with chicken then went for a motorcycle ride can back and ate another plate with meat instead of chicken then went to put gas in my car and got a vanilla shake I also ate a little snacks here and there.
I've gotten from my doctor that I eat great and have a lot of protein to the point were she told me to lay of the protein shakes. I have a very high metabolism which was the reason I thought it was genetic but let me know what you think THANKS![]()
