K so I did the keto thing and my bf% is approximately 29% from the stickies thing with the pictures
I am 30 , 6'1, 236lbs
My body frame is big and I lift fairly respectful weight I go heavy.
Cardio is like a Spanish language to me however
Looking into keto and I did the calcualtor thing now I know how to get my protein intake it's the fat that's not making sense to me.
Can anyone please give me a example of what 240g of fat a day looks like ?
