Macros / Caloric intake during bulking cycle, does it differ from the general 500cal surplus? also do you adjust your macros..... more protien or?
Divide the 500cal into the rations you currently use for your macros. 500 is good to go. I would kick up the protein a bit. As long as the excess calories are not turning into fat you can tweek it as you progress. "Bulking" does not equal fatness. Clean diet is best but on gear the rules tend to go out the window.
