    foods advice

My goal is to gain around 15lbs. With a calorie I take of 3500, my main sources of nutrition are chicken, steak, fish, white rice, mens health mix peanut, yoplait yogurt, currently using serious mass as a meal replacement ( I still eat a little food with that).

Is there any other foods I can eat, whether it be high calorie dense or more nutritionous to help gain weight and muscle

To answer, everyone will want to know your stats - height, weight, bf%, training experience, etc.

Then, you will want to know your TDEE. There is a sticky on how to calculate that.

Just off the cuff, I can tell you that you might look at brown rice, quinoe, sweet potato, bulger wheat, etc instead of white rice. Also, that Yoplait has quite a bit of sugar. You might find a greek / icelandic yogurt with way fewer carbs or switch to cottage cheese.

Finally, if you are having trouble gaining, do not use a shake as a meal replacement. Use it as a post workout and / or before bed. Keek eating regular meals and add the shake in addition to them. Also, watch out for weight gain / mass gain products - some of them have a WHOLE lot of sugar.

    Good luck.

    Fruits and vegetables are good.
    Eggs are excellent.

But remember that increase in calories does not mean increase in muscle mass.
    Only intense workouts builds muscle.

That being said naturally one can only put on 5-10lbs of muscle per year max, more if you are just starting and young.
5lbs of muscles per year would only need an increase in 300cal per day.

Too many excess calories will become fat.

    -Cheers

PS If you are on gear the rules don't apply.
