    Simple Tricks for Adding Calories?

    Does anybody have some simple tricks for adding healthy calories?

    I consume roughly 2800 calories per day (5'7 - 180 lbs) with various standard bodybuilding meals and want to up my calories count by about 500. What simple additions to you guys add to meals to achieve this?

    organic peanut butter. I just get big spoon full and wash it down with water as quick as possible . makes it very easy to eat .
