    19 y/o 5'6 peaking at 160lbs

    New to the forum and seeking advice from anyone that can help. I am 19 turning 20 in a few months. I am 5'6 and peaking at 160lbs. Please help with any information regarding gaining muscle mass and maybe give me some pointers on techniques/routines. Thank you and looking forward to reading up on what you have to say.

    Welcome, what's your cal intake, diet? What do you eat? How often do you workout?

    Eat more than you do now. It's pretty simple really but tell us your bodyfat % and current macro intake.
