doesnt matter if you blend your food to drink intead of chew it right ?

so first meal i try to have 3 whole eggs (omelet) and then i blend up 100g oats with 25g whey protein, however when i do this it feels like i need to take a runny shit right after ! should it matter if you blend your oats rather than eating them whole ? just saves time and so much easyer !

I like to blend my oats dry, make up shakers of dry protein/oats and then hydrate when i'm ready to drink.

Makes carrying around these quick meals a lot easier.

I don't get the protein farts or the runny sh1ts everyone talks about, could it be you guys are not taking any probiotic?

The only real difference is that a liquid will pass through GI tract faster. So you'll absorb less (don't ask me how much) and be hungry sooner.
