    Help with diet

    Stats:

    Age 21
    Height:6'0
    Weight: 215 pounds
    Body fat: around 18-20%

    Summers right around the corner and i need a good diet. I know how to calculate my macros and everything. I have a provlem with bland food thats all. I need help with a good diet plan good food list and things of that kind.

    What diet should I try
    Carb cycling
    Keto diet
    Zero carb diet is a no go!.

    Try whatever diet you think you can stick too. Keto is partially a zero carb diet with a carb load day.

    First figure out your TDEE you can google the formula.

    What about a balanced diet instead of the ones you mentioned?

    I think you should do it. lol

    The problem with anything other than a balanced diet is it removes an essential macro nutrient and causes a yoyo effect.

    Cardio for me is a 6 day a week thing.

    I try not to do cardio too much my body doesnt take it well I keep it low and moderate

    I think I will just do the normal diet & also what foods do you normally eat im tired of eating the same frap

    you're 21. Cardio shouldn't be that difficult. If you want to shed fat then you should do cardio.

    Post what you eat and I'll make suggestions. Or take a look at peoples diet threads in here and see what they eat
