    had beers preworkout, felt amazing!

I felt 3 times bigger and alpha as phuck.
I feel a rush every workout, but nothing this intense.
It subsided in about 30min after the workout, but not fully. I still feel very good.
I didn't feel this good in months. I think it was the alcohol.

If anyone has similar experiences, please share.
I'm pretty sure I'm gonna have some wine in my macros the next workout day.

This is what I had today:

    1st meal:

    4 eggs, 4 small toasts

    2nd meal:

half of baked potato dish (potato, cooking cream, cheese)
    multi, 5g creatine, 200mg caffeine
    squat, bench press (before drinking)

    3rd meal:

    3 beers (out with friends)
    some chocolate
other half of baked potato dish
    200mg caffeine
    rest of workout (icf 5x5)

    4th meal:
    350g milk 2 or 3 scoops whey
    coffee
    green tea

Haha I can relate, in a sense.. I've ran miles when I'm intoxicated and I seem to just keep going. One time in Toulon (A town on the French Riviera) comes to mind, me and 4 friends were lost basically and it was like -5 we were in t shirts/jeans was freezing so we ran at least 8 miles and I felt perfectly fine all of us did, we were absolutely wrecked. So in a way I can relate but no way could I lift after drinking I'd spew up lol.
