    First diet natural bulking help

I'm not new to weightlifting or eating right, but i have such a high metabolism ive never needed to count macros i just ate big balanced healthy meals.

now im trying to start good habits of counting and keeping track im gonna post what i came up with

    (p c f)
    (25 0 20) 4 eggs
(70 0 60) 1lb meat (half lb lean ground beef, half lb chicken breast)
    (15 20 16) 2 cups milk
    (30 30 70) 1 cup almonds
    (35 0 0) 1 scoop whey protein

    (12 60 6) 1 cup oatmeal
    (10 90 3) 2 cups brown rice
    (7 90 0) 1lb sweet potato

lots of broccoli and bananas aswell didnt count those

    (204 290 176) totals

    30% 43% 26%

Important points: current bodyweight 165 lbs lean (started at 135 so im obviously super small frame and not just starting out at this weight)
    * not taking any steroids or drugs at all just supplements (creatine glutamine BCAA omega3/6/9 glucosamine, multiV, vitamine C)
surely you will say something about eating 4 full eggs, maybe thats too much cholesterol im not realy sure how to tell
also im counting the protein from starches and nuts, i dont know if i should or not

and heres my program, day 1 i add rear delt flys, day 3 i add calves. not sure if training type should affect diet much but this gives u an idea

Nothing wrong with eating 4egg yolks. I eat 6 at a time normally. My father used to eat up to 16whole eggs a day for breakfast.

You calculate percentage from total calories!

    204*4+290*4+176*9 = 3560 kcal

    What you posted is 23% 32% 45% (p c f)

    Correct for 30% 44% 26% (p c f) is
    267g 391g 102g (p c f)

That said, I think calories are way too high, unless you are very active and/or do a lot of cardio.
If I were you I'd measure how much calories I eat on average, then just add 10-20% more for the bulk.
It seems you gained some muscle already, so you should take it really slow, or you will have much fat in your gains.
