As long as it takes. To many factors come into play that would make it impossible to give any kind of accurate answer.

The best way to go about lowering BF% is with regular exercise and eating moderately less calories than you burn.
Keto, IF, etc... are all secondary, and to some quite controversial. Get the basics down first.
read the sticky's at the top of the nutrition forum. There's a wealth of information on different types of dieting. Everyone responds different to different types of dieting techniques. It's your job to decide what works best for. Once you get a plan together, post up your diet and we'll take a look at it.

They will give you very good info.
Then cut 3-500cal from carbs and/or fats while keeping proteins at 1g/lb body weight.
You will see the fat drop off at 1lb body fat per week. Which is ideal.
If you cut too much calories body will go into starvation mode, no good.
Focus on bf reduction not overall weight. You will notice diff in the mirror.
If you incorporate additional weight training that is even better as lean muscle mass is a major plus.
