Hey guys it's been a while since I have visited. I ended up moving east to play football and now I am back training hard again.
I have hit a wall, I am not gaining much size. My diet is in check I eat healthy large amounts of carbs and proteins. I shock my muscles by switching things up.
Can someone give me some advice or recommendations to maybe get some size gains? Diff routine, supplements, nutrition?
