I couldn't get it to open, but is this what you were talking about http://forums.steroid.com/nutrition-...how-diet.html? If so it has 200,766 views on this forum so far. Some of the stuff is a little outdated, but it's a good foundation for new guys to watch.

Some of the info is outdated but in general its a solid introduction to setting up a dieting plan.

My favorite part is when he says that after a workout is the time,"When you can get away with a murder" haha!

Those videos are just plain entertaining to watch.
