Macros
So I've been really watching my macros lately but I seem to continually have higher protein than I should,
40-50% carbs
30-40% protein
20-30% fat
I hit my caloric goal of 3.8k a day, I'm staying lean and putting on size, but does the difference in carbs and protein make a huge difference? No processed food, usually just chicken/steak, potatoes/Brown rice, oatmeal and Greek yogurt for breakfast, 1 protein shake w/peanut butter, and pb&j/shredded wheat for a snack.

No, it doesn't matter at all. After you hit minimums for protein and fat, everything else is what you prefer.

If you are maintaining whole foods like you say and hitting your target, you should be right on task. Can you phrase the question a little more simplified?
Seems like you are reaching all your goals, staying lean and putting on mass, welcome to dreams come true for every weight lifting athlete!
Keep it up.
