ok , need help on extremly low caloric diets ...

First question : Does ( aspartame , sucralose , sugar alcool and stevia ) are really stopin' fat loss , and how ?

but the main subject is my diet ... I eat 1000cal/day . I know I shoudn't had start dieting that way , but I do this for 5 months now and my body seems to NEVER lose fat otherwise ... It was fine for the firsts 50lbs , but now I'm sticked at 205lbs . I need advise for short term fast fat loss kickstart without adding calories ... You must know first that I use 5gram of Androgel/day ...

Full stats please. 1000kcal/day without refeed at all? Yeah, you will have a problem.

Now , remember that during my fat loss period , I don't lift at all ok ... That means no prior muscle mass gains to keep !!! I'll change the diet to a normal 2000cal/day or more when I'll hit the gym so mass gain will be awesome with with only regular 2000cal diet . So , if you can figure out a way to make me lose all that fat EVEN IF IT IS EATING MY MUSCLE , and without using HGH(a guy at the gym told me that he ****ed is thyroid gland that way , and I can't afford this cuz I need a perfect thyroid and prostate to keep my testosterone prescription)... Thank you to help me

Look, you really need to read up up how metabolism works and dieting in general. Any idiot can burn of weight if you do not give two shits about any consequences. Just water fast for 7 days, and eat 500kcal/day for months on end. You'll end up looking like a starved person from a third world country but hey, you sure as **** burned off that weight. This is just not thought through and generally a dumb idea.

No, these don't have calories. Except sugar alcohol, but you're probably not eating enough of it to matter.

It will start eating muscles too much when you lose a decent amount of body fat. Sooner or later, you'll be losing weight but with a lot of muscles, so body fat % will lower really slow,
and you'll look shrinked. At least that's what happened to me. And I was lifting (sort of). But I wasn't on trt, so idk. You're probably gonna lose less muscles, but it's still not a good idea.
It takes a really really long time to put on muscle. I'd be willing to bet you're gonna look skinny fat or auschwitz style when you're done. It will also be incredibly hard not to binge after.

I would say with your calorie deficit your body is just readjusting itself to work on less calories. Consuming less calorie than your body requires to maintain function is never a good idea. Research the importance of eating right, and eating healthy.
